Boil water for capellini. While capellini cooks, slice onion, mince garlic, and slice olives.
Drizzle saucepan with olive oil, and add garlic and onion. Cook for about a minute, then add the can of diced tomatoes and can of tomato sauce. Add olives, and cover until capellini is done.
Drain capellini and put back in pot. Toss capellini with tomato sauce mixture and parmesan cheese. Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
