Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb cubed steak, 1/2 inch thick
Garlic salt, season salt, pepper to taste
3 Tbsp cooking oil
6 potatoes, cubed
1/2 onion, finally chopped
8 oz can tomato sauce
8 Tbsp Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
8 flour tortillas

Let's Make It

Brown the cubes of steak with seasoning and cooking oil.

Peel and cut potatoes into inch cubes. Add to pan with chopped onion. Stir on high heat for 5 minutes.

Add tomato sauce and 5 cups of water cook on medium low heat. Let simmer for 30 minutes or until water has evaporated to a stew like consistency.

Plate into soup bowls and top with 2 Tbsp. of sour cream. Flour tortillas used for dipping into yummy stew broth.
