4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup for middle and 3 cups for top)
Prepared instant mashed potatoes or homemade

Mix cooked hamburger meat and mixed vegetables in the bottom of a medium long Pyrex dish.
Layer about a cup of the shredded cheese over mixture (just enough to “hold” hamburger and veggies together). Spread a layer of mash potatoes and then layer the rest of the cheese on top.
Cook at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
