1 1/2 - 2 lb hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
6-7 potatoes, boiled then sliced
Sliced Velveeta Cheese
1 can cream mushroom, chicken or celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and onion; drain.

Place a layer of meat with onions in greased casserole or flat baking dish. Top with sliced cooked potatoes and Velveeta cheese. Repeat layers and top with soup.

Bake at 325°F for 35-40 minutes.
