Original recipe yields 1 serving
Crust
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
Filling
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (about 6 medium apples)
1 1/2 cups fresh/frozen cranberries
Topping
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, softened

Preheat oven to 425°F. Make 9" pie crust as directed for one crust pie.

In large bowl, mix sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour, cinnamon and salt. Add/mix apples and cranberries. Spoon into pie crust.

In small bowl, mix topping ingredients with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.

Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. *Cover pie edges after 15 minutes of baking to prevent burning.
