Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce (mild, medium or hot)
1 can green chilies
16 corn tortillas (about)
1 pkg shredded cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Return meat and add cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and green chilies to skillet. Heat mixture for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, cut tortillas twice to make triangles. Spray 9x13-inch casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place one layer or tortillas on the bottom of the pan. When sauce is ready, pour half of meat mixture into pan. Add a layer of shredded cheese. Add another layer or tortillas to the pan and top with rest of meat mixture and cheese again.

Place in 350 degrees F oven about 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
