Add water in a large stock pan with chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add rice & cook 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, combine soup, cooked chicken, cooked rice, salt & pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed.
When well mixed & oven ready, pour mixture into 13x9 glass pan. Heat in oven for 30 minutes.
Take pan out (careful, it's hot!) & set aside. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top & put back into oven for another 10 minutes. When cheese is melted & heated thoroughly, it's ready to serve. ENJOY!!
