Original recipe yields 1 serving
1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
4-5 flour tortillas
2 cups Kraft Grated Mexican Flavored Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef and add the soup and tomatoes.

Meanwhile grease a casserole dish (1 1/2 - 2 qt dish). Tear the flour tortilla into big pieces (4-5 inch pieces) and layer the bottom of dish with them.

Pour beef mixture on top and tear more pieces of flour tortilla to layer on top of mixture. Top with cheese.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
