Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef or turkey
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic salt, etc.)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 large baking potato, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 family size box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (prepared according to directions and ingredients on box)
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese or Favorite Cheese Blend

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef or turkey, season meat to taste.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil. Fry potatoes until a crispy golden brown. Drain potatoes on a plate layered with paper towels. Season potatoes with salt and pepper.

Make the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner and combine ground beef of turkey. In an 8x8-inch casserole dish pour in burger mac, layer on crispy potatoes, and sprinkle cheese over top of potatoes.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
