Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 onion, diced
A few cloves of garlic
1 small can tomato sauce
1 pkg Goya (the pkg. with the picture of a shrimp on it)
1 chicken cube
tablespoon 1 to 2 hot sauce, you determine how much
A pinch white pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
Salt to taste
2 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
5 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces

Let's Make It

Boil all ingredients except for the chicken and potatoes. Once it boils let boil for 2 minutes.

Then add cut chicken. Turn to low heat. When chicken is cooked, remove and place in bowl just chicken not the broth.

Now fry potatoes in oil. After potatoes are fried, add them to the broth and let cook for 5 minutes to add flavor. You now will remove potatoes and place then in bowl with the chicken.

Mix chicken and potatoes. Now add broth over the chicken and potatoes; mix again. Place in one of your favorite serving platters decorate if you like with black olives.
