5 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 lb margarine (2 cubes)
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt

Sift flour and baking powder together (set aside). Melt and cool margarine. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and melted margarine. Add flour mixture and mix well.

Drop in small pieces onto hot griddle. Press down lid.

Cook about 15 seconds or until golden brown. Remove, cool on rack. Cool flat. While hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
