Cut the chicken into approximately 1 inch cubes. On medium heat, cook chicken until thoroughly cooked (5-7 minutes). Season for taste.
In a separate bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey mustard, mustard, ketchup, seasoning and water (optional). To make more sauce, add the water.
Allow to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Top with shredded cheese.
