Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 Italian spicy sausages
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 celery stalks, diced coarse
10 baby carrots, sliced
5 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 can water
2 cups egg noodles

Slice Italian sausages into bite size pieces. Fry over med. heat with garlic, until browned. Add celery, carrots, mushrooms, and onions, saute until onion is translucent.

While sausage, carrots, onions, and mushrooms are cooking, in a bowl mix soup, sage, and water until creamy. Add soup mixture to meat and vegetables, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

While this is warming, boil water for noodles and cook noodles for about 7 - 8 minutes until cooked. Pour soup and meat mixture over noodles.
