Bake chicken completely brushed with melted margarine, sprinkled with onion powder for one hour at 325 degrees F.
After baking, let chicken cool and cut in half with scissors length wise, remove back bone without removing tail.
Place both halves of chicken in pan skin up and brush with melted margarine, sprinkle with oregano, sprinkle lightly with paprika. Broil for 20 minutes on bottom rack at 325 degrees F.
