1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup onions
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon garlic
6 thin slice ham slices

Pound chicken breast till there thin, salt and pepper. Put 1 teaspoon of onions in center of breast. Put 1 tablespoon of parmesan in center

a pinch of garlic in center.

Roll chicken up and wrap a piece of ham around it and put a tooth pick in it to hold it all together. Then bake at 350 for half hour.
