Original recipe yields 1 serving
2-3 lb frozen cut up pot roast (1 inch cubes) or cubed stew meat
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 family size can (26 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
6-8 cups cooked white rice (noodles may be substituted)

Place frozen meat in crock-pot. Season with salt & pepper.

Pour cream of mushroom soup over meat. Fill soup can with water and pour over meat as well.

Cover and cook in crock-pot at 250 degrees F (medium) for 6 hours. Serve over white rice or noodles.
