BBQ Pork Chops

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 bottle BBQ sauce, original is best, divided
2 or 3 pinches salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, cut in half, or teaspoon of onion powder

Put enough water in slow cooker to cover pork chops (do not put chops in yet). Stir in just a little less than a half bottle of BBQ sauce, mix up in the water. Stir in all salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (or slice small onion in half and put in the water.

Put your pork chops in slow cooker or crock-pot, cover and cook one hour. Cook on high or medium setting. After 1 hour, turn over (stir pork chops). Cook another 1 hour.

Then check pork chops; if they are done (best if starting to fall apart), drain the water, BBQ mixture. Pour the remaining bottle of BBQ sauce all over the pork chops, cook additional 30 minutes or until sauce thickens.
