Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 cups (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 pkg (10 oz.) Kraft Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg (10 oz.) Kraft Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 large can evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni as directed. While macaroni is cooking, dice cheese into very small blocks.

Drain macaroni and place into 13 x 9 baking pan or dish. Add butter, salt and all the cheeses to macaroni and stir all together. Next add milk and stir well.

After baking between 10 to 15 minutes, stir macaroni and cheese again. (If cheese is not completely melted, place back into oven for 5 to 10 minutes.) Now stir well again until all the cheese is melted. Baked additional 25 to 30 minutes or until top is a light golden brown.
