2-3 Tbsp butter
1 pkg beef steak strips
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-3 Tbsp flour

Let's Make It

Melt butter in skillet; add beef, onions and bell pepper. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender.

Add 1 cup water and beef bouillon cubes. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Mix soy sauce, 3/4 cup water and flour. Add to skillet and let simmer on low for about 15 minutes or until desired thickness.
