Brown ground beef with onions & green pepper; drain.
Mix in salt, pepper, cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce, bay leaf, French's spaghetti sauce mix, and beef bouillon cube. Stir until well blended.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook on top of stove about 1 hour.
Remove from heat, Remove and discard bay leaf and put sauce on cooked spaghetti on dinner plate. Parmesan cheese is optional.
