Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Depending on the size of your bird, go with how many hours are appropriate per pound. Mix the herbs and butter together well.

Generously spread the butter mixture all over the bird, even in the stuffing area. Also make sure to slice the legs and in the upper part of the breast area, and push the mixture down into the bird.

Bake until thoroughly cooked and enjoy with rice, potatoes, or vegetables!
