Spread rice evenly into bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Cut chicken into bite size cubes. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice.
Mix milk and dressing. Pour dressing mixture over chicken and rice.
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until top is golden.
