1 lb ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
3 cup hot cooked rice
15 oz can pinto beans
1 pkg (8 oz.) shredded cheese

Brown meat, onions & garlic. Drain. Add tomato sauce, chili powder & salt. Blend together. Stir in rice, pinto beans, and a little shredded cheese until well blended.

Pour into 8x11.5x2 or larger (9 x 13) casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
