Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp mace
1/4 tsp cloves
2 eggs
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 unbaked pie crust (optional)

Melt butter and stir into pumpkin along with spices. In another bowl beat eggs till frothy, stir in flour, sugars, salt, and milk into eggs and mix with a gentle hand.

Pour into unbaked crusts.

Bake for 15 min at 450°F then turn down oven to 375°F for 45 min or knife comes out clean. May be poured into a greased glass pan with no crust and cooked the same. Serve with fat free Cool Whip.
