Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put the chicken pieces, onion, and garlic into a pan and cook it until chicken is cooked through. Set aside.
In a big pot put the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, fiesta nacho cheese soup, & green chilies and stir until heated through, and then add the chicken, onion, & garlic. Stir well.
In a 13 x 9 in baking dish put down a layer of tortillas, then add some of the chicken mixture, and then layer with shredded cheese. Repeat until no chicken mixture is left.
Cook in oven for 20 minutes then add the chopped tomatoes to the top and layer with some more cheese. Put back in the oven for 10 to 15 more minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving and enjoy.
