5 cups green tomatoes, ground
5 cups sugar
1 box (6 oz.) Jell-O Raspberry or Strawberry Gelatin

Quarter and grind up green tomatoes in blender. (You can use skin and all, just remove any blemishes and stem areas.) Drain off and dispose of juice. You want to get as much juice out of the remaining pulp mixture as possible. This can be done by using a strainer.

Measure 5 cups of tomato pulp into large sauce pan. Add sugar and bring to boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jell-O (raspberry or strawberry).

You can freeze or store in canning jars.
