Original recipe yields 1 serving
pounds 2 to 3 hamburger
1 medium onion, diced
3 cans (15 ounce each) chili beans
3 cans (15 ounce each) diced tomatoes
tablespoons 2 to 4 chili powder per how hot you like it
1 can water
8 ounces Kraft Shredded Colby or Cheddar Cheese

Brown the burger until just about done, then add the diced onions and finish browning. Drain the grease and put mixture into your large crock-pot.

Add the remaining ingredients (except cheese). Cook on low all day.

One half hour before you are ready to eat, sprinkle all the cheese on top. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
