Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb hamburger meat
Natures Seasoning or any other seasoning to taste
Minced or real onion, optional as much as you desire
1 can green beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can sweet peas, drained
2 cans potatoes, drained (or 6 small potatoes – may take longer than 2 hours to cook)
2 cans tomato sauce
4 cups water
4 cubes beef bouillon
2 package s beef ramen noodles

Brown hamburger meat with seasoning, and onion. As that is browning, in a crock-pot or large Dutch oven, combine all other ingredients except seasoning. Stir together.

Drain hamburger meat when it is done and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Stir and taste. If needed add more Natures Seasoning or salt, your choice. Go easy as when it starts to simmer the beef bouillon will be going through the soup.

After about an hour, stir and taste and adjust to your liking. After 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on type of potatoes used, your soup is done. Serve as desired.
