Spread cream cheese in layer on a dinner plate. Pour salsa over top of cream cheese and spread. Spread cheese. Spread small pieces of lettuce to cover entire dish.
Cut up tomato into bite-sized pieces, putting randomly on top of the lettuce.
Put in microwave for 5 minutes and serve.
