1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder

Let's Make It
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Put into 4 quart casserole. Add ground beef (uncooked).
Then add canned tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add tomato soup and tomato juice and stir well. Add salsa, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Bake at 375 degree oven for approximately 1 hr. Remove, and sprinkle cup of Kraft shredded cheese over casserole and return to oven just long enough to melt cheese.
