Mix together cream cheese, sour cream & mayo. Spread evenly on large pizza pan.
Pour on chili sauce and spread evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over entire pan. Sprinkle tomatoes, green peppers and onion over top of cheese.
Refrigerate until bottom layer becomes firm. Serve with nacho chips or nacho scoops.
