1/2 box raisins
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 cans apple pie filling
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla
2 (10-inch) pie crusts
2 (10-inch) pie top flat sheet crusts

Boil raisins in 2 cups of water until tender. Mix cornstarch in 1 1/2 cups of water, stir into raisins until thicken. Add apple filling, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir until mixed well.

Fill pie shells approx. 3/4 full. Cover with tops and seal. With fork, put 6 to 8 air holes on top.

Bake at 425 degrees F for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
