Quick Tamales

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg yellow rice
1 can tamales
1 can chili without beans
1 can refried beans
1 pkg Kraft Mexican Cheese

Prepare yellow rice as directed on package. While it is cooking, take wrappers off of the tamales.

Place tamales in a casserole dish. Pour the chili over the tamales. Put in microwave for 3 minutes or until heated through.

Put refried beans in microwave safe bowl. Take tamales out and put the beans in the microwave for 2 minutes or until heated.

Serving: Layer on each individual plate in this order: rice, refried beans, tamales with extra sauce, sprinkle with cheese......enjoy!!!
