Let's Make It
In a large pan, skin sausages and break up and cook until gray looking. Add onions and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
Add 2 cans of chicken broth, seasonings and potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes and cook until potatoes are done.
Let simmer on top of stove until it thickens some and add canned milk and cook till it reaches consistency you desire. Add salt and pepper to taste and eat. If you like, add kale to soup approx. 10 minutes before it is finished.
