Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg Purdue Chicken Breast or Tenderloin
2 cups Minute Rice
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Campbell's Chicken Broth
1 can Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup
1 bag Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 bag Baked Lay's Doritos (Baked Lay's or Original Doritos)

Boil chicken in water on stove top until chicken is thoroughly cooked through, about 20 minutes. Let chicken cool. On stove top, boil Minute Rice until fluffy, about 7-8 minutes.

In mixing bowl pour cream of chicken, chicken broth, and cream of potato soup in together, stir until all broth is mixed into soup, there will be no separation of soups.

Have casserole dish ready; crush several handfuls of Doritos chips into bottom of casserole dish until covered. Shred chicken into nice sized chunks with fingers to cover the Doritos on the bottom of dish. Then spread cheese lightly over the chicken.

Take rice from the stove, make sure all water is drained, and pour rice into mixing bowl with soups. Mix rice into soup. Pour soup and rice mix over the chicken until covered. Crush several more handfuls of Doritos to cover the soups. Spread cheese generously over the top of the Doritos.

Put in oven at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes until cheese is browned.
