Mom's Pumpkin Cake Roll

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
FILLING
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
4 tsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Add sugar and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients together and add to eggs. Spread on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 5 - 12 minutes. Loosen with knife; turn over on paper towels coated with powdered sugar. Roll up with towel and let cool.

Prepare filling: combine all ingredients. Unroll cake and spread with filling; reroll without paper.
