1st Layer: Preheat oven 325°F. Combine cake mix, 1 slightly beaten egg, and softened butter. Mix well with hands, will be sticky. Spread in to well greased 9x13 glass casserole dish.
2nd layer: Spread pecans over 1st Layer.
3rd Layer: Combine powdered sugar, 2 slightly beaten eggs, and cream cheese. Mix well. Spread over 2nd Layer carefully.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown. Cool completely, will cut better.
