Mix the sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter together on stove top. Bring to a boil. Keep stirring to get ingredients mixed well.
Then add the peanut butter, oats, salt and vanilla to the boil mixture. Turn heat off after everything is added. Make sure peanut butter melts well.
Then when everything is mixed, spoon out desired amount on waxed paper. Wait until cookie has hardened to eat.
