1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika- add more if desire
3 1/2 pounds red potatoes, peeled and sliced medium
3-5 oz baby carrots
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Let's Make It
Pour Stove Top Stuffing mix in bowl. Add 3 cups WARM water and stir until moistened. Let sit uncovered. Brown hamburger with onion and spices, drain well.
Spoon hamburger in casserole dish then top with Stove Top Stuffing which was moistened with warm water. Peel and slice potatoes and place on top. Add carrots. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 can water, pour over top of carrots and mix well with all ingredients until entire mixture is moistened.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Check occasionally to see if you need to add a bit more water and mix casserole. Check doneness of potatoes and bake an additional 20 minutes at 300°F if necessary.
