Rinse orange slices in water. Shake off any leftover water. Put the 1/4 cup Splenda sugar in a zipper-type bag and place orange slices inside. Shake until coated. Place aside. Refrigerate if needed, but not recommended.
Then melt 2 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate in microwave-able bowl for about three minutes. Place cherries in with spoon, stir and pour chocolate over cherries until completely covered. Place on wax paper and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Once chocolate is hardened around cherries, place 1 mint pattie at the end of the kabob splint. Add 1 sugared orange slice and the three cherries. Then add 2nd orange slice and final mint pattie. Enjoy!
