Crumble meat into a large bowl. Add the salt, sage, pepper and ginger. Mix well (I use my hand).
Shape into eight 2-inch patties.
In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook patties over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear.
