6 cube steaks

Pepper
Seasoned salt

1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1 pkg mushrooms (sliced thin)
Olive oil

Pound cube steak. Combine egg and milk. Mix seasonings to taste in flour and egg mixture. Then dip cube steak in egg mixture and cover with flour (you can also use bread crumbs). Fry up the cube steak.

Meanwhile in a crock-pot or a stew pan on stove under medium heat mix soup, broth, and seasonings. Then throw the cube steak in the pan with the soup mixture. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.

Fry up your mushrooms in olive oil and garlic and throw in with the meat. Let cook and dinner is served.
