1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
10 pats butter
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
1 pkg (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9" x 13" glass pan with cooking spray. Layer hash browns in pan. Top hash browns with pats of butter, and salt and pepper as desired.

In bowl combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and onion. Spread mixture evenly across hash browns.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until hot throughout. Uncover and layer cheese on top. Bake just until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
