Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package POLLY-O Mozzarella Cheese made with whole milk
1 wedge ripe Brie made with extra cream, room-temperature,
pkg 1 or 2 Kraft Swiss Slices, also room temperature
4 green apples OR two granny smith, two delicious (if you MUST have color)
12 flatbreads: matzo crackers/rye krisp/kavli (your favorites will work, too!)
8 -16 oz bowl luscious, rich whitefish salad (Costco has one of the Best!)
8 -16 oz "Classic" Coleslaw... Toss Kraft Mayo into slivered white cabbage, a HINT of onion only, sugar and caraway seeds. Optional: refrigerate the night before for maximum flavor.
1 handful 1/3-inch wide slices of "de-stringed" celery, approx. 4-inches long
Feel the need for a tad more? Add razor-thin, sliced Vidalia onions, ‘cukes and green tomatoes, marinated in Kraft Italian Dressing (This is an instant, sharp, and cool staple in my kitchen!)
OPTIONAL: Cool White Chocolate Tidbits… Curls of pure white chocolate atop a wee dollop of Kraft Cool Whip; all on a compact ONE scoop of pure vanilla ice cream; all crowned with a dusting of powdered sugar.

I use a large wooden cheese tray with imbedded ceramic tile for this family favorite. The Brie, coupled with slabs of Kraft Gouda, Kraft Muenster, Kraft Swiss, and do NOT forget the POLLY-O Mozzarella!...all piled onto the centerpiece tile, cheese knives and cheese wire at the ready.

The layout? I prefer "handfuls" or mounds of each: celeries, apples, flatbreads, any ad lib items to make it special to Your Family; layer all atop a crispy bed of lettuce. Last, set out those chilled bowls full of the slaw and whitefish.
