Original recipe yields 1 serving
5-6 potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
2 Polish kielbasa rings
1 medium onion
Salt, pepper to taste

Wash potatoes, peel and slice into thin slices. Put butter in a medium pan that has a cover, put on medium heat. Take kielbasa out of packages and slice them to about 1/4-inch thick. Take and chop onion in small squares.

Put onions in the melted butter and saute. Then add the potatoes and kielbasa and add salt and pepper.

Cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are soft enough to be easily cut into with a fork. ENJOY!
