8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
16 oz Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
3 oz spinach (if canned, drain liquid)
6 oz marinated artichokes, cut
6 oz crab meat (may substitute shrimp or other seafood)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
4 oz Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Let's Make It

Mix cream cheese and sour cream in microwavable bowl. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds to one minute until soft and spreadable.

Add remaining ingredients, (reserve 1 oz. of shredded cheese for topping), microwave an additional 30 seconds or until hot.

Spread remaining shredded cheese on top and serve with any variety of chips or vegetables.
