Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 medium onion, minced
Oil
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sizes pieces
4 Tbsp Grey Poupon Mustard (approx.), divided
1 can chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 16 oz. of hot water
Salt/pepper/parsley/garlic-sliced thin
2 lb hot cooked pasta

Fry onions in oil (cover bottom of pan), cook until caramelized. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until no longer pink. Lower flame and let simmer until most of the water from chicken is gone.

Add about 2 Tbsp. mustard and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and once it starts to boil. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add salt & pepper to taste and then add another 2 Tbsp. of mustard to taste. Pour over hot cooked pasta & enjoy.
