First, crush the cookies. I have found it easiest to put the cookies in a sealable bag, squeezing the air out, and then closing it. Then I put a towel over the bag and gently break the cookies with a hammer. Once the cookies are broken very fine, blend in the cream cheese in a large bowl on low until mixed well.
Now form the 'dough' into truffle sized balls (around the size of a quarter).
Finally, roll the balls in the melted almond bark and place onto waxed paper. You may add sprinkles if you wish. Let set and ENJOY!!
