3 or 4 chicken breast boneless skinless or several pork chops (leftovers)
4 medium potatoes in sixth
1.5 cups Mueller’s penne pasta pre-cooked
1 can (5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, cubed
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 pkg (10 oz.) Birdseye or Green Giant bag frozen garden mixed vegetables or your favorite mixed vegetable

Let's Make It
In a slow cooker add cubed chicken breast. Cut up the potatoes and add to chicken.
Add pasta, stewed tomatoes and jarred Alfredo sauce. Add spices to taste and let cook for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
In the last 30 minutes add the vegetables. Stir in and cook till tender with fork. Serve in a bowl with bread and butter.
