1 can premixed Libby's pumpkin
2 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
1 can (12 oz.) Carnation evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl mix canned pumpkin, eggs, Bisquick, and evaporated milk. Beat on low until slightly mixed then on high until well blended. Do not over mix.

Pour mix into greased pie pans.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
